However, you can get it done in less work and in less time because we are using an electric pressure cooker! This literally takes minutes and your entire family will love this flavor packed Spanish rice.

I am using an8 quart Instant pot but you can use a 6 quart.I personally have anInstant Potand so far I am loving it.

- White Rice
- Water
- Salsa
- Garlic Salt
- Cumin
How to make Instant Pot Spanish Rice Recipe:
First, place the rice in the pressure cooker. Next, pour in the water and salsa.
Add in seasonings. Stir to combine all the ingredients.
Add lid to pressure cooker and make sure the valve is set to sealing.
Press the manual button and then cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
How long does rice take in the instant pot?
Allow it to cook.
All the pressure cooker to release the pressure naturally (20-22 minutes).
Remove lid. Fluff with a fork and enjoy!
